How it works

Registration Choose your dates, program and accommodation, and leave your contact details. Three short steps, ending with the €100 registration payment.
Application review You receive a registration confirmation by email with a link to the confidential participation form. Our team reviews your answers. If you are not accepted, the €100 comes back in full. €100 · application review
Membership After the approval the second payment of €1,000 completes your registration. You join the Association, your place is confirmed and you can plan your travel. €1,000 · membership
Remaining balance The outstanding amount after the €1,100 already paid. It covers the program with preparation before and integration support after, and is invoiced 21 days before the start, or earlier once the group is complete. Outstanding amount · shown with each option
